Geocaching Launches June 25

Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game. GPS devices are used to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, and then share experiences online. Adventure seekers of all ages search for geocaches throughout the world. Learn more about the exciting adventures of geocaching!

On June 25 the North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce partnering with Clackamas County Tourism Development Council, launched a geocache in the Sunrise Communities area. Ten geocaches are hidden in the area. Locate at least seven of the ten and record their codes on forms that can be found at the geocaching website. Return the completed card to the Courtyard by Marriott Portland Southeast anytime (9300 SE Sunnybrook Blvd in Clackamas) or to the Chamber office (7740 SE Harmony Road in Milwaukie) during business hours (8:00am to 4:45pm M-F) in order to pick up a unique geocashing coin! Only 300 coins will be available!
